Tamil Nadu police arrested three people after a 20 year old woman complained that her father has been sexually abusing her since she was 12 years of age.
The woman told the police that she had informed her mother and her paternal uncle of the trauma but they asked her to keep quiet.
The girl who was mentally in a traumatic situation filed a complaint against her father of sexually abusing her since she was 12 years of age. Police charged POCSO case against her father.
Police said that the 58-year-old person was working in a private company in Chennai and he was abusing the girl since she turned 12 years of age. A criminal case was charged against the mother of the girl and an accomplice for hiding the matter from the public and police and supporting the abuser.
The girl finally filed a complaint with the All woman police station at Chennai city on September 7th and police arrested all three on Friday. They were charged under Pocso Act and remanded in judicial custody.
