BJP leader and social activist from Hyderabad, Ranjith Nair won the Pratheeksha foundation award for the best social worker. Union Minister of State for Ports and Shipping, Sripad Yesho Naik presented the award to Ranjith Nair.
The function was held at the Vasai Sai Nagar Municipal Ground on October 16.
Ranjit Nair is an Engineer turned businessman and social activist and is a BJP leader of Telengana. He is the Private Secretary to P.K. Krishnadas, BJP national executive commitee member and Chairman, Railway Passenger Amenities Committee.
