Guru Somasundaram, the Tamil actor who portrayed Shibu, a villain character in the super hit Malayalam movie,’ Minnal Murali’ will play the antagonistic role to Biju Menon in the latest movie directed by Deepu Anthikad in ‘Naalam Mura’.
The movie which is shot in high-range areas is an action thriller and will be released on December 23rd. The movie is based on mind games between Biju Menon and Guru Somasundaram.
The criminal portrayed by Guru Somasundaram is playing mind games with the Police officer, Biju Menon. The movie is shot in Idukki, Peerumedu and other high-range locations.
The movie has a strong support cast that include Alencier Lopez, Shanthipriya, Sheelu Abraham, Divya Pillai and Prasanth Alexander other than the main characters played by Biju Menon and Guru Somasundaram.
The story line and script of the movie is by Sooraj V Dev and the director Deepu Anthikad. The camera is wielded by Loganath and the editing by Shameer Muhammed. The music is by Kailash Menon and background score is by Gopi Sundar.
Interestingly Sooraj V. Dev, the scriptwriter is an officer of the Kerala police and currently serving in the Crime Branch of the department.
The movie is produced by Kishore Varieth, Shibu Anthikad, and Sudheesh Pillai.
The director Deepu Anthikad told media persons that he expects a family audience as both Biju Menon and Guru Somasundaram have a good audience in Kerala. College students and youngsters also as the movie carry a socially relevant message.
