Tamil superstar, ‘Thalapathy’ Vijay’s new movie ‘Varisu’ will be released during Pongal in January 2023. Vijay who was not seen on social media of late made a comeback during the audio launch of the movie.
The audio launch of the movie was held at Jawaharlal Nehru stadium in Chennai on Christmas eve to a packed audience and Vijay walked the ramp to a standing ovation from his fans.
Arumakhan. R, a businessman in Chennai and an ardent fan of Thalapathy Vijay while speaking to IANS said, “The dashing actor is back in social media with ‘Varisu’. We have been dying for his comeback in social media and he has uploaded a video of the function. Cherished moment”.
The actor who is considered as one whose movies get record collections at the box office has not been active on social media and fans have been demanding the young actor to appear on social media handles.
The movie ‘Varisu’ directed by Vamshi Paidipally is an action thriller scheduled to be released on January 12, 2023, and is a Pongal release. Bollywood star, Rashmika Mandhana plays the lead role opposite Thalapathy Vijay in the movie. The star cast includes Prabhu, Sharathkumar, Shaam, SJ Suriya, Srikanth, Prakash Raj, and Kushbhu.
The music of the movie is composed by Thaman while cinematography is by Karthik Palani and the editing by Praveen KL.
The Pongal release is likely to clash with Ajith Kumar’s movie, Thunivu.
