Martyrs day : TN Governor, Chief Minister pays tributes to Gandhiji

The Tamil Nadu Governor, R.N.Ravi, and the Chief Minister of the state, M.K. Stalin on Monday paid their floral tributes to the father of the nation, Mahatma Gandhi on his death anniversary.

The Tamil Nadu Governor, R.N.Ravi, and the Chief Minister of the state, M.K. Stalin on Monday paid their floral tributes to the father of the nation, Mahatma Gandhi on his death anniversary.

They paid floral tributes to the portrait of the Mahatma near the Gandhi statue at Egmore.

Tamil Nadu Minister for Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments, P.K. Sekar Babu, and state minister for information, M.P. Saminathan also paid floral tributes to the Mahatma on his death anniversary.

The Chief Minister, M.K. Stalin administered the pledge against untouchability to the government employees at the Tamil Nadu secretariat in the Fort St. George Complex.

Tamil Nadu assembly Speaker, M. Appavu, ministers, bureaucrats, and other senior officers were present on the occasion.
