Police to register case against Saibi Jose Kidangoor

The Kerala police have decided to register a criminal case against Adv Saibi Jose Kidangoor who is accused of fleecing money from clients under the guise of paying bribes to Kerala High Court judges.

The Kerala police have decided to register a criminal case against Adv Saibi Jose Kidangoor who is accused of fleecing money from clients under the guise of paying bribes to Kerala High Court judges. The Advocate General of Kerala and the Director General of Prosecution has already given their consent to the police to register criminal case against the rogue advocate.

Saiby Jose Kidangoor, it may be recalled had allegedly taken money from his clients making them believe that he will have to bribe the Judges to get positive verdicts in their favour. He has charged money over his professional fee and had used the names of Justice Ziyad Rahman, Justice Kunhikrishnan and Justice Mohammed Mushtaq.

The Kerala High Court is reeling under the charges that have come out against Advocate Saiby Jose Kidangoor who is also an office bearer of the High court bar association. With the Judiciary under scanner, the Kerala high court will be taking course correction measures against the advocate who is in the midst of the scam.

Advocate Saibi was living a high life of having breakfast from a five star hotel in Kochi and using three luxury cars including Audi and Mercedes Benz.
