Kerala Janapaksham leader and former MLA from Poonjar constituency. P.C. George has accused that Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan was instrumental in framing former Chief Minister, late Oomen Chandy in sexual assault case related to solar scam. The former MLA was speaking to media persons here on Sunday.
George charged that the woman sex assault survivor had complained against Oomen Chandy on the directives from Pinarayi Vijayan. The former MLA told media persons that the woman survivor had told him that she had met the Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan through a mediator ,Nandakumar.
He said , “She had told me that she decided to file a complaint against Oomen Chandy upon the direction from Pinarayi Vijayan. She had also handed over a note to me mentioning the allegations in her complaint and had asked me to speak on this lines while addressing the media then. However I refused and declined her request and handed over the note to the CBI.”
