Prime Minister Narendra Modi who is at Vivekananda Rock memorial from yesterday is continuing his meditation at the ‘Dhyan Mandap’ in the rock memorial.
Narendra Modi has , after a gruelling election campaign for 74 days during the seven phases of the Lok Sabha election has now reached Vivekananda Rock memorial in the southern most tip of the country -Kanyakumari for a three day solitary meditation.
Modi reached Kanyakumari on Friday evening in a helicopter and after prayers at the Kanyakumari devi temple he reached Vivekananda rock memorial in a ferry.
After praying before the statue of Thiruvalluvar, Modi prayed before Sree Ramakrishna Paramahamsa ,Sarada Devi and Swami Vivekananda.
Prime Minister entered into a solitary meditation after this and is continuing.
The visual images of Prime Minister in solitary meditation wearing a saffron robe has now come out.
Heavy police deployment is in place at Kanyakumari with more than 3000 cops on duty.
Two coast guard ships are also providing security in the sea during the Prime Minister‘s solitary meditation.
