Chennai, May 15 (BPNS)
TN medical students in Ukraine staged a demonstration in Chennai demanding that the central and state governments allow them to complete their course in India.
The students carried placards and shouted slogans in support of their demand.
Students said that they want the state governments and the government of India to provide them admission to medical colleges without paying lakhs as tuition fees and not taking an entrance test. The students said that students of the first, second, third, fourth, and fifth years were displaced from Ukraine during the war and had to discontinue their studies.
