Senior BJP leader and Union Defense Minister, Rajnath Singh said that the DMK and the Congress were creating confusion among the people on Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA).
He said that no Indian citizen irrespective of him /her being a Hindu, Christian, Muslim, Jew or Parsi will not lose his citizenship.
Rajnath Singh was addressing a public rally at Namakkal in Tamil Nadu for the election campaign of Tamil Nadu BJP state vice president, K.P.Ramalingam.
The Union Minister also said that the BJP government has implemented all its promises including construction of Ram Temple at Ayodhya or implementation of CAA. He said that the BJP government under Prime Minister Narendra Modi have also removed article 370 and special status to Jammu and Kashmir which was an election promise of the BJP.
Raj Nath Singh said that BJP was a political party that always stick to the promises it has given to the public during elections and added that the party never shied away from it’s responsibilities.
The senior BJP leader said that the government had ablosihed the triple talak as per its promise. He said that mothers and sisters of any faith are mothers and sisters and that there was no demarcation.
He also said that the government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi has taken the country forward in all aspects and added that the BJP was for inclusive development of people from all sections. He also said that the country was in the forefront of growth in all areas and added that the GDP was high for the country.
