‘Loyalty rewarded’. IT firm gifts five senior employees with BMW cars

Information Technology (IT) firm, Kissflow Inc handed over five BMW 6 series cars to its five top employees as a reward for their performance and staying with the company in its hard times during the Covid -19 pandemic.

The cars were handed over on Friday afternoon and the big event was kept as a surprise even to the recipients. Each BMW 530 d priced at Rs 1 crore was given as a gift to the employees as part of the tenth anniversary of Kissflow Inc.

The cars were gifted to Chief product officer ,Dinesh Varadharajan, Director (product management) Kausikram Krishnasayee, director Vivek Madurai, director Aditi Ramanathan and Vice president, Prasanna Rajendran.

The company which is into the development of software for international clients had gone through hard times and the CEO of the company, Suresh Sambandam had said that the five were with him when the company was in hard times and when others had left.

The company has now paid back its debts to the investors and is now become a fully owned privately held company.

The company does not have sick leave or casual leave unlike other companies and it was just one leave for the staff who can work from home if they don’t want to come to office.

Kissflow Inc do not have a  biometric system in the office and had full trust in its employees.
