Tamil Nadu BJP President,K. Annamalai has condoled the death of 17-year-old footballer, A. Priya following a ligament surgery and subsequent amputation of the right leg. He demanded compensation of Rs 2 crore to the family of the deceased Priya.
He also demanded that a member of the family of the deceased girl be provided with a government job. The BJP leader also charged that the health department of Tamil Nadu has also joined the list of other departments in the state that are in decay following the incompetence of the DMK government in Tamil Nadu.
The Amma Makkal Munnetra Kazhagam leader .TTV Dhinakarn also condoled the passing away of the young footballer. He said that he was shocked at the sudden passing away of the teenage footballer. He also called upon the government to provide adequate compensation to the family of the deceased Priya and wanted the government to ensure that such incidents don’t happen.
